GROUP/ ONLINE COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

-All online/ group forums, comments & spaces managed by Life According to Food are intended for the use of people of all ages & rules/ guidelines have been created with this in mind. Together we can keep this a positive & encouraging space.

-Bullying, Bigoted Remarks & Hate Speech of any kind are not tolerated at all. This will result in you immediately being banned & membership canceled without any refund.

-No selling or self promotion of any kind.

-Failure to follow these & any other published rules/ guidelines may result in you immediately being banned & membership canceled without any refund.

THESE ARE OUR POLICIES FOR ALL ORDERS AND/ OR PURCHASES.

-All payments are final; no refunds are given for any reason.

-Failure to understand policies does not exempt you from policies.

-All policies apply to all orders & purchases.

-Our policies are made public as a kindness, we are not required to disclose company policies prior to purchase.

VIRTUAL CLASS POLICIES

-All Purchases are final. No refunds/ transfers will be given.

-All virtual events are scheduled at Eastern Standard Time.

-Charges may appear on your statement as “WIX” or “Life According to Food”.

-Some classes may end early; everyone works at a different pace. The first part of the class is for teaching, and the second part allows time for students to participate.

-If for any reason classes must be cancelled you will be given a credit or a refund.

-Life According to Food is not liable for injury or illness to any persons during class.

-Failure to attend a class on time or login properly is not the fault of Life According to Food LLC. Missing a class due to this in part or in full does not warrant a refund/ credit.

IN PERSON CLASS POLICIES

-All Purchases are final. No refunds/ transfers will be given.

-Charges may appear on your statement as “WIX” or “Life According to Food”.

-Some classes may end early; everyone works at a different pace. The first part of the class is for teaching, and the second part allows time for students to participate.

-Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian, during the entire time of the class. We do NOT allow drop offs.

-If for any reason classes must be cancelled you will be given a credit or a refund.

-You cannot bring outside food to eat into the class. Beverages are welcome. No alcoholic beverages are permitted.

-You cannot bring your own tools/ supplies to the class, unless specifically stated. We will supply everything that you will need for the class.

-Life According to Food is not liable for injury or illness to any persons entering our property. We have taken all reasonable precautions to protect both employees & the public.

-Life According to Food is not liable for any lost or damaged personal property.
